Authorship Policy

The Journal of Design for Resilience in Architecture and Planning follows the international principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) regarding authorship.

Authorship requires meeting all of the following conditions:

  1. Significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, data analysis, or interpretation of the study.

  2. Drafting the manuscript or providing critical revisions of intellectual content.

  3. Approval of the final version of the manuscript.

  4. Shared accountability for the accuracy and integrity of the entire work.

Contributions limited to funding acquisition, data collection, or general administrative support do not qualify for authorship and should instead be acknowledged in the Acknowledgements section.<Back to Journal Policy>
